We have a number of membership options, so please choose the one that is best for you.


As an Individual Member, you will join a community of influential thought leaders who are empowered to make impactful decisions on behalf of the businesses they work for and with, and who recognize the value to be found when companies choose to focus on inclusion, diversity, equality and awareness. 

Individual Members pay an annual membership fee of $250 USD.*

Type of Membership

*All memberships are prospective until the vetting process is complete. Individual memberships will renew automatically on an annual basis. Members will be notified via e-mail in advance of each annual payment.

Partner Membership

Partner with us! We are always looking for new industry groups and other non-profit alliances and organizations that understand and value the impact that a focus on inclusion, diversity, equality and awareness can have in today's corporate environment. 

I.D.E.A. Initiative Partners enjoy a number of benefits as part of their annual membership, including:

- Co-hosting a program or panel discussion at a key industry event (one annually) -
- Full access to all I.D.E.A. Initiative events - 
- Five (5) individual memberships for multicultural employees - 


**This option is designed specifically for industry organizations and non-profits. We encourage other companies and businesses to take advantage of our Corporate Membership option, outlined below.**

Corporate Membership

This membership option is designed to provide savings for companies that have a number of employees who are interested in becoming members of I.D.E.A. Corporate membership provides ten (10) executives with membership benefits, as well as the following:

- One (1) Executive seat on the I.D.E.A. Initiative Advisory Board - 
- Co-host a dinner series gathering of senior industry leaders with curated discussions (one annually) -
- Twenty (20) individual memberships for multicultural employees - 
- Four (4) pieces of contributed content (thought leadership, program or event highlight, etc.) in the I.D.E.A. newsletter (one per quarter, four per year) - 
- Full access to all I.D.E.A. Initiative events - 
- Brand presence on I.D.E.A. Summit marketing collateral -
